Tracey Teagan Tracey received her BA in English from Boston University and her Master's in public administration from Suffolk university in Boston, Massachusetts. Before marrying and relocating to Florida for nearly 20 years she worked as an auditor at the Boston regional office of the U.S. General Accountability Office. After her move to Florida, she began a 20+ year career working for social service agencies. She retired from our local Halifax County Department of Social Services this past October and now spends her time drawing, painting, playing with her two grandchildren whenever possible and enjoying long lunches with friends.
