Shelia Bradley Sheila has devoted her life to serving Halifax County through community service, focusing on politics, economic development and tourism. She has been a Past Member of the Virginia Department of Tourism Board of Directors, Halifax Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chairman of the Virginia Cantaloupe Festival for 9 years and been on the committee for 25 years. Shelia is a member of the Halifax Village Association and the South Boston Rotary Club.
