Sallie Adams Sallie Wade Adams is a Halifax County native and a graduate from Mary Washington College with a BA Economics and Psychology and a MA in Economics from Vanderbilt University. She went on to attend the internationally acclaimed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School in London England and specialized in French Haute Cuisine. Sallie currently has supervised the restoration of a historic family homeplace, Dewberry Hill achieving dual Virginia and National Historic Registry Status. She is a Board member of Southside Virginia Community College in Keysville, VA and now a Board member for the Parsons Bruce Art Association.
