Peggy Crews Peggy, a
former educator, received a B.A. in History and Social Science and a
Master’s Degree in Supervision and Administration from Longwood
University. After
a career of teaching, she joined the Parsons-Bruce Art Association Board
of Directors and united with others to promote the arts in Halifax
County. In
addition to her work with PBAA where she works with Kids Kollege, she is
a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, the Daughters of the American Revolution
and serves
as secretary of the Halifax County Historical Society Board.
Peggy is the Historian of Main Street United Methodist Church and
works with the Jane Jones Food Pantry.
Her interests include research, writing,
reading, spending time with family and friends, dancing and
exercising at the local YMCA.
